Want to feel alive in your body again?

What is Rolfing?

Rolfing™ is a method of restructuring the body through movement and touch. By learning to let go of unconscious holding patterns and postural habits, many chronic conditions are cured and replaced with a feeling of fluidity and lightness.

Who is Rolfing good for?

Rolfing benefits anyone who wants to restore mobility and healthy functioning to joints and connective tissues. Rolfing can reduce and eliminate chronic pain and restricted movement caused by:

Poor posture & bad habits / Childbirth / Chronic back / Shoulder, knee or hip pain / Repetitive stress injury (work/sports) / Plantar fasciitis / Depression / Scoliosis, Sciatica / Whiplash accidents / Carpal tunnel syndrome / TMJ ‘lock jaw’ syndrome / Bunions

What is structural integration?

A dynamic touch therapy that works with the fascia (a web of connective tissue under the skin) to systematically release, realign and balance the whole body, thereby resolving chronic pain from habitual postural compensations.

What is fascia?

Finding peace with our bodies affects the way that we relate to others and the world around us.

When we live with chronic physical pain in our bodies daily, it affects our mood, emotions and thought patterns.  This spirals out in destructive ways to all parts of our lives.  Finding a solution to physical pain and regaining a sense of stability and strength is possible!  This change will be reflected in the ways we relate to life.
