Hygiene and safety first

• All clients are required to complete a questionnaire prior to being accepted for an appointment, and again upon arrival at our clinic. Clients may be refused a session if deemed a contagious risk.

• Please inform us if you feel any cold/flu or COVID-19 like symptoms coming on, or have been in contact with anyone you suspect may have contagious illness/flu/COVID-19.

• All sheets, blankets, pillow coverings, table tops and washroom facilities are sanitized before and after each session.

• We block off time between client sessions to perform health and safety guidelines sanitation.

• Masks and gloves will be worn with clients who are immune-compromised and/or upon request.
